If internal issues are not managed through acceptable service levels, ability to deliver exceptional service to customers can be severely impacted, even worse if support to customers is not managed and communicated properly.

Fourier’s Incident Management software manages calls from logging calls within the software and logging incidents through emails. These incidents are linked to various configurable service levels.

Built in routing with audit trail is used to route calls to the appropriate support group. Calls are queued until a support group user takes it in hand, handles and closes the incident.

Escalation and communication using email and sms makes sure that the person logging the call, support members and management are informed regarding service level adherence. Powerful management information is available, from standard reports to exports into Microsoft Excel for more intensive slice and dicing.

This product is targeted to small companies that require this product to be hosted, as well as to large organisations that will manage the software themselves. The rental commercial model is targeted to make it feasible for use to very small concerns and to enterprise wide implementations.
