Fourier Approach has been involved with Staffware process development and implementation for the past 8 years. Fourier’s experience is from building Microsoft . Net C# frontend forms , Staffware process , MIS reporting within Staffware GGG and integration to other systems.
Due to Fourier’s strategy to use Industrial Engineers for process design and optimisation through simulation of the process, the customers get an optimized product to enhance business performance.
The biggest implementation by Fourier is the homeloans process at one of the big 4 South African bank. The process was originally built in Staffware version 9 and completely rewritten now in Staffware 11g. This has benefitted business by allowing the new process to be completely integrated into other systems and speed up the time taken to achieve the required results.
As part of implementing Staffware, Fourier supplies a system that monitors the complete Staffware environment which includes hardware, database, queue’s and other services. This enables the customers to do proactive corrections before the users experience any negative effects.
